. The Memorial Team meets 4 times a year in February, May, July, and November. They meet the second Wednesday of those months at 2 p.m. in the Conference Room. .

Church Needs List: Those who designate the use of memorial gifts often ask for suggestions on how the church could best use the gifts. This is the list they are given: .
1) Post High School 2) Seminary Students 3) Southeast Community College of Beatrice 4) Music Scholarship
1) Music for Chancel Choir or Church Organist 2) Music for Youth or Children's Choir 3) Music for Handbell Choir 4) Musical Instruments or equipment 5) Piano Tuning, Repair and Replacement of Piano 6) Adult Choir Robe Fund 7) Adult Handbell Choir Fund - purchase and maintenance of handbells
1) Funding for staff support 2) Church School Equipment: bookshelves, storage cabinets or plastic bins, drapes, etc. 3) Enhance the ongoing Disciple Bible Study Series...supplies, maps, etc.
1) Mission work trips 2) Habitat for Humanity Projects 3) Warren's Dinner Table 4) Community Pantry or Salvation Army
